In March 2018 I had the amazing opportunity to go to Spain with both my school and my brother school. I very much enjoyed this trip, as I got to go on it with my two best friends, and on top of that, meet friends that will last me a lifetime. One very important place that we visited was the Sagrada Familia in Barcelona. The Sagrada Familia is an unfinished Catholic basilica designed by architect Antoni Gaudi. This temple has lots of important religious meaning behind it, as both the exterior and interior of the structure is dedicated to the Catholic religion and contains many important symbolical features. The Sagrada Familia could possibly be a sacred place for many, as it is in the heart of Barcelona.
